File for DPP after woman held over girl’s murder released

A woman in her fifties arrested yesterday in connection with the murder of an 11-year-old girl in Tullamore, Co Offaly two years ago, has been released.

Emily Barut, who was severely disabled, was found dead at her home at Bachelors Walk, Tullamore, on September 15th 2012.

A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
