Drugs valued at €1.2 million seized by gardaí in Dublin

Four people arrested in two separate operation in Finglas and Irishtown

Gardai have seizeddrugs worth €1.2 million in two separate operation in Dublin.

In the first incident yesterday, officers stopped and searched two cars on the N2 in the Finglas area of the city and seized cannabis herb valued at €300,000.

They arrested two men aged 40 and 49 at the scene and they are being held at Finglas Garda station.

Separately gardaí searched a premises in Irishtown, Dublin 2 at 4pm yesterday where they seized cocaine and cannabis valued at €880,000.
