Former celebrity publicist Max Clifford has been found not guilty at Southwark Crown Court in London of indecently assaulting a teenage girl.

The shamed PR guru had denied a single count of indecent assault on a 17-year-old girl in the 1980s.

Clifford (73), formerly of Hersham, Surrey, was jailed for eight years in May, 2014 after being convicted of eight charges under Operation Yewtree, the Metropolitan Police investigation set up after the Jimmy Savile scandal.
