A Wicklow couple have become the State's 68th Lotto millionaires. Mr Tommy Keogh and his wife Anne, from Rathdrum, won the Superbonus Jackpot of £1,670,088 last Saturday. They own a fish and chip shop called the Lucky Leprechaun.
