Galway United have appointed Seán Connor as their new manager. The former Dundalk, Bohemians and Sligo Rovers boss replaces Ian Foster at Terryland Park.
Connor will be officially unveiled at 3pm this afternoon in Galway's Eyre Square.
"Galway United FC is pleased to announce the appointment of Sean Connor as team manager," a statement on the Galway website read this afternoon.
"The new manager will announce details of his plans for the club at a press conference on Monday."
