Karachi - A Pakistani couple who married against the wishes of the woman's politician father have disappeared trying to leave the country, and human rights groups said yesterday they feared for the pair's safety.
The couple, Ms Humaira Butt and Mr Mahmood Butt, were dragged away on Thursday by unidentified men as they were going to the Karachi airport to catch a flight to Dubai, according to reports.
