Colin Harmon retained his crown as the best coffee-maker in the Avonmore Irish Barista Championship held in Dublin yesterday.
Beating stiff competition from 22 contestants, who each had to prepare the perfect espresso, cappuccino and signature beverage, Mr Harmon will now represent Ireland in the world championships, to be held in London in June. The former banker, works in 3rd Floor Espresso in the Twisted Pepper on Abbey Street.
