A man was being questioned by gardai in Dublin today after the seizure of cocaine and Ecstasy with a street value of more than €3.6 million in Dublin andCo Cavan.

The man, in his 40s, was arrested by officers from the Gardai's National Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Palmerstown area of Dublin.

Cocaine and Ecstasy tablets were found at that location, and in a follow-up search of a house in the Cavan area, Ecstacy tablets with a potential street value of more than €3 million were uncovered.
