Gardai said yesterday there was nothing to suggest the murder of a 20-year-old Co Clare man early on Sunday morning was linked with drugs or feuding in Limerick city. They described it as "a brawl in a pub that led to the unfortunate death of this young man".

Mr Brian Hanley, of Beechcourt House in Meelick, died from a single stab wound to the chest at Cregan Avenue, Killeely.
