A man accused of killing a donkey was remanded on continuing bail at Swords (Co Dublin) District Court

A man accused of killing a donkey was remanded on continuing bail at Swords (Co Dublin) District Court. Mr Allen Carmichael (22), of Streamstown, Malahide, pleaded not guilty to four charges arising from an incident at Casino, Malahide, on May 30th.

He is charged with the unlawful and malicious killing of the female donkey, criminal damage to the donkey and cruelly ill-treating the animal.
