Los Angeles - A California court on Monday was asked to let homosexuals join the Boy Scouts, with a lawyer for a dismissed gay scout leader saying that the organisation was not the "Heterosexual Boy Scouts of America". Another lawyer asked the California Supreme Court, the state's highest legal body, to also uphold a ruling by two lower courts that agnostics and atheists must be admitted to the Boy Scouts of America.
