A website aimed at providing students with career planning was given a £1 million investment boost today.
Careersworld.comwas initiated for second- and third-level students two years ago with input from the Government and other educational authorities.
The latest cash injection, allowing for further development of the site, has come from the Woodgrange Technologies company.
Woodgrange managing director Ms Anna Gethings said: ”The idea of industry supporting those in the process of planning a career is a novel, yet practical concept - and one that benefits all parties concerned."
