The RUC are appealing for witnesses to an incident in which a car smashed through a number of police checkpoints before crashing in Armagh this morning.
A grey Vauxhall Cavalier was spotted travelling at speed along the Moy Road around 1.30 am and the car later broke through a checkpoint, hitting a police car in the process.
The driver avoided a second checkpoint on Lonsdale Road before crashing on the Hamiltonsbawn Road, near Lowry`s Lake.
Two women in their 20s were taken to hospital as a result, while two 21-year-old men escaped unhurt from the crash.

A 22-year-old man ran off before being found by police and he was also taken to hospital.
The RUC Armagh have asked anyone with information to contact them.
