GET out your rhinestones and your stetsons, charity fundraiser Caroline Downey is planning what she promises will the be the best barn dance this side of Texas. It's in aid of the ISPCC and will be held in the grounds of Dublin Castle on July 4th, appropriately enough.

Captain America's restaurant is 25 this year and they wanted toe throw a party. We persuaded them to make it in aid of the ISPCC and that's how we hit on such an American theme," says Caroline. Bucking broncos and other appropriately western type things will provide the entertainment.

The tickets are £50 each and "we'll be encouraging people to dress up," says Caroline. If you are not sure exactly what that entails, out a video of Seven Brides for Brothers and book four tickets on 01 6794944.
