UK telecoms group BT and British broadcaster ITV have each tabled bids for Web site operator Friends Reunited, the Sunday Timesreported, without citing any sources.
Friends Reunited, which is up for sale for as much as Stg£150 million pounds (&8364; 219.8 million) is also thought to have attracted bids from Rupert Murdoch's News Corp, British publisher Daily Mail & General Trust Plc and an unnamed Internet group, the newspaper said.
