BUCHAREST - A British charity worker yesterday pleaded not guilty before a Romanian court on charges of smuggling, a 15 month old baby out of the country to a family in England. In a letter to the Mr John Boast said the was "very lucky" to escape a life of misery in a Romanian institution.
