Motor Sport:Former Renault boss Flavio Briatore will challenge his lifetime ban from motor racing, imposed by the FIA, in a November 24th hearing in the French courts.
The former Renault boss’ application against motor racing’s governing body was considered at a preliminary hearing at the Tribunal de Grande Instance in Paris yesterday and the court deemed the matter worthy of a hearing.
Briatore will bid to get his lifetime ban overturned and seek damages from the FIA at the hearing.
