A 12 year old boy and his 13 year old companion were arrested last night following a high speed car chase on the Dublin Quays which ended in a three car pile up in which a woman driver was injured.
Four Garda cars were involved in chasing the vehicle driven by one of the boys up the quays from Wolfe Tone Square.
The chase ended when the car was driven against the traffic flow over Heuston Bridge, crashing into two other vehicles.
