A 14-year-old boy who was three years ago attacked and bitten by a neighbour's dogs has been awarded £22,500 damages at the Dublin Circuit Civil Court.

Ms Teresa Magee, of Slievenamon Road, Drimnagh, Dublin, whose labrador and terrier dogs attacked David Glennon, then aged 11, of Mourne Road, Drimnagh, as he passed her home, faces a £7,000 legal bill on top of the £22,500 settlement offer.
