Orlando - An 11-year-old Florida youth faced first degree murder charges yesterday after police said he shot his 13-yearold sister in the back as she was eating breakfast.
The body of Constance Boykin was found on the kitchen floor on Monday after her brother, Patrick Boykin jr, called a police emergency number and reported she had been shot, police said. The killing occurred in Minneola, near Orlando.
