A four-year-old boy has died after being hit by a van in Co Tyrone today.
The boy was struck by the van in The Glen, Stewartstown Road, Coalisland at 1.30 p.m. He was taken to hospital where he died. The driver of the van was also taken to hospital to be treated for shock.
The Glen area is home to members of the Travelling Community.
