CAPE TOWN - South Africa's Truth and Reconciliation Commission plans to question the ex-president, Mr Pieter Botha, on charges that he ordered a 1988 bombing and other killings of activists in defence of apartheid. The allegations were made at a hearing on Monday by ex-police chief Gen Johan van der Merwe.
