Geneva - Former Kremlin property manager Mr Pavel Borodin refused to answer questions yesterday when he appeared at the Geneva High Court on charges of money laundering.
"He considers there is no reason for him to answer the judge's questions in that he was completely cleared of charges in Russia," said one of his lawyers, Mr Robert Assael.
Mr Borodin, who also refused to answer questions during his first hearing in Geneva on May 17th, was summonsed to appear again before investigating magistrate, Mr Daniel Devaud in July, his lawyers said.
