Basque separatists ETA exploded a bomb in roadworks on the A-8 highway in Spain's Basque Country this, the Basque regional government said.
The bomb exploded among vehicles and other property belonging to a Basque construction firm, the government said in a press release.
The statement made no mention of casualties.
