Body recovered from Liffey at IFSC

Gardaí are not treating the death of a man whose body was recovered from the River Liffey this afternoon as suspicious.

Gardaí are not treating the death of a man whose body was recovered from the River Liffey this afternoon as suspicious.

The man's body was recovered by emergency services from Georges Dock near the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) at lunchtime.

The body was taken to Dublin City Mortuary where it will undergo a postmortem.

The man's identity has not yet been released.
