The body of man was found in Dublin city centre this morning.
He was found at around 7.15 a.m. in a doorway where homeless people regularly sleep at night. Details about the man have not been released, and the body has been removed from the scene for a post mortem.
The Garda are preserving the scene at the junction of Hawkins Street and Burgh Quay as a precautionary measure, although they are not treating the matter as suspicious.
