A lifeboat crew yesterday recovered the body of a missing diver off the Co Down coast. A major rescue operation, involving coastguard boats, a helicopter and fishing vessels, was launched after the man disappeared during a diving trip on Saturday. Mr Keith Milburn (44), a business consultant from Carryduff on the outskirts of Belfast, was one of a party of six men diving off Ardglass near Dundrum Bay.
