London - Cherie Blair is taking legal action against the mother and brother of the family's former nanny to prevent them disclosing confidential information.
Downing Street confirmed an injunction had been served on Ms Margaret Mark, mother of former nanny Ms Ros Mark, ordering her to hand over any confidential material relating to the Blairs.
