The Government has confirmed the British Prime Minister will address a joint session of the Dail and Seanad on November 26th. Mr Tony Blair was invited by the Taoiseach, Mr Ahern, when they held talks last June about the peace deal. Mr Blair is the first British politician to be granted the honour.
