British Prime Minister Mr Tony Blair today had talks today with Yugoslav President Mr Vojislav Kostunica.
Downing Street said the meeting lasted 45 minutes and Mr Blair's spokesman added: "The Prime Minister congratulated the President on the changes he had pushed through in Yugoslavia.
"Both agreed how welcome it was, if not remarkable, that Yugoslavia and the UK are now partners and not antagonists".
