Followers of Osama bin Laden are reported to have abandoned training camps and dispersed across Afghanistan ahead of expected military strikes by the United States.
Scores of training camps are allegedly run by bin Laden's Al Qaeda group in Afghanistan to train followers for jihad, or holy war.
According to Pakistan's English daily newspaper The Dawn, sources say the camps are now empty.
