The father of the murdered LVF leader, Billy Wright, can go ahead with a court action about his son's killing in the Maze Prison four years ago, a judge decided yesterday.

Mr David Wright was given leave in the High Court in Belfast to apply for a judicial review of the refusal by the Chief Constable, Sir Ronnie Flanagan, to give him access to the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) investigation file.
