Manila - A key witness at the Philippine President, Mr Joseph Estrada's, trial for corruption yesterday produced a black bag allegedly used to deliver about $4 million in bribes from illegal gambling bosses to the leader.
Provincial Governor Luis Singson said he used a rectangular, imitation-leather bag with two combination locks and other identical pieces of luggage to bring the fortnightly payoffs to the president.
