BA blames passenger

London - A passenger was probably to blame for terrifying nearly 400 people aboard a British Airways flight by triggering a recorded warning that the plane was about to ditch in the Atlantic, the airline said yesterday. "It's incredible that anyone would actually want to do it but all our investigations seem to be suggesting at the moment that it wasn't mechanical failure and we have spoken to the crew," a British Airways spokeswoman said.
