Gardai are investigating a raid by an armed gang on a petrol station in Co Westmeath in the early hours of this morning in which a quantity of cash was taken.
A number of raiders, at least one of whom was reported to have been armed, threatened staff at a petrol station in Kinnegad at 2am.
They made off towards Dublin in a Silver Saab.
