Legal argument in the absence of the jury continued yesterday in the Central Criminal Court on the eighth day of the trial of a woman and two males charged with rape.
The 18 year old woman, her 15 year old brother and their 18 year old male cousin have denied raping and sexually assaulting a woman in a field on March 26th, 1994.
The three also deny assaulting the 25 year old woman, occasioning her actual bodily harm, on the same occasion.
