The High Court yesterday fixed April 15th to hear an application by the Independent Radio and Television Commission to have discharged an injunction which stops it from closing down Radio Limerick One.

On March 12th last, Mr Justice McCracken granted leave for the radio station to challenge the decision of the IRTC to terminate its licence to broadcast. The judge also granted an interim injunction restraining the IRTC from terminating the licence pending the hearing of the proceedings.
