Mr Laurence Rush, whose wife died in the Omagh bombing, will appeal to the Attorney General's office in Belfast to intervene to prevent the BBC naming those it suspects of carrying out the Omagh bombing in Monday night's Panorama programme.

An application for an injunction to stop the programme from broadcasting the names was refused by the High Court in Belfast yesterday.
