The Minister for Public Enterprise, Ms O'Rourke, has launched a campaign on behalf of the Chernobyl children's appeal to assist four projects in the Mozyr region of Belarus. They include repairs to a dilapidated school which caters for 2,000 pupils, laundry facilities at a general hospital, a children's hospital and a TB hospital.
On October 24th, two trucks supplied by the TNT company and another provided by Airport Drivers for Romania will travel to Mozyr. An appeal has been issued for goods to fill the trucks.
