The jury in the Central Criminal Court trial of a Co Kerry man accused of murdering a teenager in Tralee yesterday heard the judge reviewing the evidence. Mr Justice Kinlen addressed the jury and is expected to finish his charge today.
Mr Michael O'Brien (26), of Gallowsfield, Tralee, has pleaded not guilty to the murder of James Healy (16), of Shanakill, Tralee, at Monavalley Industrial Estate, Tralee, on or about February 22nd, 1997.
