A heroin addict who committed syringe and gunpoint robberies has been jailed for seven years by Judge Elizabeth Dunne at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court. Thomas Thompson (24), of Lismore Road, Crumlin, pleaded guilty to 22 charges of robbery, attempted robbery and threatening to injure people in 1999.
