The Sinn Fein president predicted yesterday that the party would "return at least one TD to Leinster House". Mr Adams was campaigning in Monaghan with party candidate, Mr Caoimhghin O Caolain, who, he said, would be elected in Cavan/Monaghan. Mr Adams said polls done on the doorsteps in the constituencies reflected an increase in the Sinn Fein vote.
