Barcelona - More than 80,000 people protested in Barcelona yesterday against the Basque separatist group ETA, as Spain buried a ruling party politician assassinated near the city. As they marched through the north-eastern city, the capital of the Catalan region, the demonstrators carried a banner reading "Enough, Catalonia for Peace".
