HANOI - The bodies of 54 people who were drowned when a storm hit a fishing fleet off northern Vietnam have been recovered but more than 600 people in the area remain unaccounted for, officials said yesterday. The local flood committee issued a warning of possible serious flooding across the Red River basin in northern Vietnam.
