Three men in their 20s have been arrested in Garda operation that led to the seizure of heroin worth an estimated €600,000.
Three kilos of the substance were found when a number of cars were stopped in the vicinity of the Red Cow Roundabout early this evening.
Follow-up searches in the south inner city led to the recovery of a "substantial" amount of cash, a Garda spokesman said.
The operation was conducted by the Clondalkin Drugs Unit assisted by the Garda National Drugs Unit.
