A total of 43 people were held for questioning after a Garda Drugs Squad raid on a Co Monaghan nightclub last night.
Up to 4,000 people were attending the event at the Oasis Hotel, outside Carrickmacross, when uniformed and undercover gardaí swooped.
A total of 39 seizures of cocaine, cannabis, and ecstasy were made during a 12-hour operation. Gardaí have yet to put a figure on the value of drugs seized.
All those arrested have now been released and several files are now being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Among those arrested include patrons from counties Monaghan, Cavan, Meath, Armagh, and the Dublin area.
