£20,000 computer parts stolen in Dublin

COMPUTER components worth an estimated £20,000 to £30,000 were stolen from a premises in the Ballymount industrial estate

COMPUTER components worth an estimated £20,000 to £30,000 were stolen from a premises in the Ballymount industrial estate. Walkinstown, Dublin yesterday.

Four or five armed and masked men tied up an employee at the RMF Logistics Services premises at around 5.45 p.m. before taking the items. The alarm was raised at 7 p.m.

Gardai said an inventory would have to be carried out before a final estimate of the value of the goods taken could be made. A spokesman could not say what sort of computer parts had been taken.
