Two women in their early 20s, died when their car collided with a bus outside Tubbercurry, Co Sligo, yesterday. The accident occurred on the N17 road two miles south of Tubbercurry shortly after 1 p.m. The women, believed to be from Malaysia and Larne, Co Antrim, respectively, died at the scene.
Their remains were taken to Sligo General Hospital. They were thought to be travelling to Galway.
