Yesterday the court was told the two men had been arrested at Green Street outside the court on new charges.
Mr Fee was charged with unlawful possession of an explosive substance at Tattyboy on two separate occasions, November 7th and November 10th, 1995.
Mr McGilloway was charged with possession of an explosive substance with intent to endanger life and unlawful possession or control of an explosive substance within the State on November 10th, 1995.
Both men were remanded on bail until February 11th next.
