An aid package of £2.89 million to meet humanitarian needs in nine countries has been announced by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ms Liz O'Donnell.
Projects in Honduras, Angola, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Rwanda, Cambodia, Bosnia, Burundi and the Democratic Republic of Congo have been selected to receive aid via a number of charities. These include Concern, Trocaire, Goal and the World Food Programme.
